All products purchased through our store will remain the property of Chandon Craft until full payment has been received. In the event of orders being placed without payment and any reasonable explaination, your email address and ordering abilities will be suspended until the order is finalised.

HOW TO ORDER

Placing an order with simple.  Choose from the following methods:

  1. ON-LINE - You can place your order online using our secure on-line server to ensure that your details are kept safe.
  2. MAIL - Just print the order form, fill it out and mail it to us:
    Chandon Craft   182 LaTrobe Tce Geelong West  Vic  3218.
  3. FAX - Print your shopping basket contents page or the order form and fill it out and fax it to us on (03) 5223 2003.  Include your credit card details, so that the order can be processed immediately.

 

We accept the following credit cards - Bankcard, Visa Card and Mastercard.

Please note that there is a $20 minimum order when purchasing online. This does not include the postage.

If you are wanting to pay by cheque of Direct Deposit please choose this option when checking out for deposit details.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE CHARGES:

$6.50 postage charge.

$3.63 addition for Registered Mail. Please tick the box for this when checking out the order.

Chandon Craft will not be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged if they are not registered.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE CHARGES:
will be charged the actual cost of postage.  An email will be sent to you stating the amount of postage before the items are sent.


DELIVERY TERMS:

Your order will be processed within 24-72 hours of it being received if paying by credit card. If paying by cheque, it will be shipped to you after your cheque has been cleared to our bank account (generally 5 working days). If paying by direct deposit your order will be sent as soon as the funds have cleared into our account - usually next working day.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Ocassionally, some items in our store may be temporarily unavailable. If the stock you have ordered is expected within 3 days, your order will be held over and you will be notified by email and told of this delay. If stock is not expected within this time your order will be sent as is and out of stock items will have to be reordered.

BACK ORDERS:
Are NOT kept on file.

Please note that prices and product availability are subject to change at all times.

REFUND POLICY:  
Refunds will be given if items are found to be faulty. (This excludes damage in transit). 

Chandon Craft has endeavoured to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our product ranges.  Colors however can appear different on different.
